Romanian, the second most spoken language in London as of 2026. Can you believe it?

You are invited to spend an hour with Ramona Gonczol, Associate Professor in Romanian studies at UCL (School of Slavonic and East European Studies), to be introduced to the basics of the beautiful Romanian language, the closest to Latin amongst the Romance languages, but also to some cultural facts,  as well as to participate in interactive and fun activities where you can exercise your newly discovered Romanian tongue.
