The London City of Languages (LCoL) logo is an important part of our identity. To protect its integrity, we ask that anyone wishing to use the logo obtains permission in advance.
Who can use the logo
• Steering Group members
• Recognised supporters
• Organisations that have referred an event accepted for LCoL promotion
• Participants in LCoL‑endorsed activities
All other uses require approval.
How to request permission
Please email info@londoncityoflanguages.org.uk with:
• Your name and organisation
• How you intend to use the logo
• Where it will appear (e.g., website, poster, social media)
• The date by which you need it
Requests are reviewed by the Chair, Vice‑Chair, or Secretary.
If approved, we will send you the official logo files and our Logo Use Guide.
LCoL reserves the right to withdraw permission if the logo is used in ways that conflict with our aims or brand guidelines.
